10. PowerVotes System

• PowerVotes are virtual tokens with no cash value
• Cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money
• Expire if not used within subscription period
• May be used for voting on Fight/Finish of the Night
• Results are final and cannot be disputed
• We reserve the right to modify the PowerVotes system

11. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Event schedules and fighter lineups may change
• Streaming quality depends on your internet connection
• We are not responsible for third-party content or links

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centurion FC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our Services.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
